Stepchild’s marketing department has been working against itself for years now, but it doesn’t seem to be working.

Regardless of the name, the Stepchild Sucks board continues to be a best seller for the company.

Maybe it’s just a marketing strategy to weed out the Joey’s. Aside from all of that, the Sucks is a true twin all-mountain freestyle board with a hybrid camber. It features Stepchilds Poplar tip-to-tail core with Triax fiberglass and Kevlar strips for added stability and power. This board is a little on the softer side, so it performs best on groomers and in the park.

Quotes From Our Testers

“Eye pleasing shape and decent graphics; it’s a nice all-mountain board.”
