Whistler Blackcomb’s Deep Winter Photo Challenge celebrated its 13th anniversary this past weekend. For those unfamiliar with the event, 6 photographers have 72 hours to shoot, edit, and produce a five minute slide show which is presented in front of a couple thousand people at the Fairmont Chateau. With such a short window of shooting, this event is totally weather dependant and the past few years Whistler’s true “deep winter” conditions haven’t shown up. But Mother Nature fully cooperated this time around, blanketing the resort in plenty of snow.
Check out Josh Dooley’s show which featured Jesse Millen, Aaron Santos, Frederique Joncas, Gillian Andreshenko, Sam Weston, and Craig Gouweloos
