Having the crew live in the Okanagan is very beneficial when filming a video project. We are centrally located with many towns and cities within a 4-hour commute. With this ability we traveled to Kimberely, Creston, Cranbrook, Rossland, Chase, Sorrento, Salmon Arm, Kamloops, Armstrong, and a finale trip to Quebec. Last fall Mike purchased a Ford Transit van and is in the process of converting it into a mobile home. This allowed us a way of travel as well as a place to sleep without paying for accommodation. As a crew, we have been friends for many years so working on a video project is very natural and becomes an exciting experience. We have similar visions and help each other out finding spots and taking turns filming. While working on a DIY video with friends there is no pressure, it is an inspirational adventure of sharing a passion of boarding and creating.
