We’ve all seen the end of season slush cups.
Well Redbull said I see your slush cup and raise you a Soap Box Derby!
Combining its iconic Soap Box builds with the slopes for the ultimate spring event Jump & Freeze.
Sunshine Village, Banff set the scene nestled in the stunning rockies for over 25 teams to build their karts. Sliding down the course into steep course at speed towards the ice cold waters for your viewing pleasure as well as the chance to be the best!

The creativeness of the builds were incredible. From the Quebecois in the penalty box to locals recreating the legendary Banff ‘Boss’ Grizzly. But regardless of the creativity, the aim of the game was to slide all the way, make it across or make the biggest splash to make the judges throw up their 10’s!!
Some focused on how their kart’s looked over how they performed. Their ride was short and ended mid course compared to other engineering geniuses who defeated the slope and made it to Jump & Freeze.

Whilst everyone have it the ol’ college try, there had to be winners to be crowned. The best of the best to win this years Redbull Jump & Freeze:
