Favorite Place to Ride: Whistler, Tignes, and the Tahoe area. This season I had so much fun at the Empire Games in Stoneham. Riding powder all day with my friends before the night contest. And at the Top to Bottom competition at Le Massif, the people were just friendly and the vibe between the riders was great.
Favorite Music: I listen to Snoop, Metallica, and every song from the Rocky movies.
Favorite Rider: Shaun palmer, he is the best all-around rider for me. I will always remember meeting him in Squaw Valley when he told me “good riding today.”

WHY SNOWBOARDING?
MM: Snowboarding for me means liberty and friendship. You can just go riding powder in the woods with some friends and relax and look at the beauty of nature. Snowboarding is just the best.
PERFECT DAY?
MM: That would be in the springtime. You go to the ‘terrasse’ which is a secret spot in the woods of Mont Sainte-Anne and there is usually be a jump, beers, and some good company.
WHEN YOU’RE NOT SNOWBOARDING?
MM: I also skateboard, mountain bike, take care of my daughter Alissa and my dog Pirouette.
NICKNAME?
MM: The snowboard community knows me as ‘MOMO.’
